These weekly notes provide an opportunity to share with you events big or small, which are important to us. Today we want to share with you not only something which is a big event for us, but also a little about the individual, Diane McNaron who has made it such.

We are honored and it gives us great pleasure to announce that Diane McNaron, Si...nger and Director of The Politically Incorrect Cabaret, Chair of the Birmingham Peace Project and Voice Teacher at Montevallo has graciously accepted to join our Board of Advisors.

I search for the words so that I might adequately describe how much her hands on support over the years has meant and means. What can one say about someone who incorporates our issue, our poetry and the memory of our past Chairman, Darrell Grayson, executed almost 5 years ago as I write this, year after year in her unique and outstanding performances of the Politically Incorrect Cabaret? For me there are no words, just deeply felt thank yous.

Our founder, Jesse Morrison asked us all To be the other Voice. Truly, I don't know of anyone who exemplifies that more than Diane, whether writing to the press or vigiling for peace and justice. Diane McNaron is not only the Other Voice but a truly beautiful one. Thank you, dear friend for joining our Board of Advisors.
