Execution Alert  “ALL LIFE IS SACRED!”

Alabama has set 4.24.25 as the execution date for

JAMES OSGOOD

As an anti-death penalty organization we oppose all state killing, but we do however respect Mr. Osgood’s wishes: 

1) Mr. Osgood gave up his appeals and requested that there be no petition for clemency or calls to action to contact the Governor for clemency as it relates to his case.

2) Mr. Osgood has requested that there be no protests or vigils specifically against his execution.

3). Alabama ought to delay all executions to allow for a thorough study of its capital punishment process and consider the serious objections raised as to how it administers the death penalty. Pull Back the Curtain!
