Governor Ivey has set 8.21.25 as the execution date for David Lee Roberts, a severely mentally ill man. A state judge ordered a temporary stay for David Lee Roberts who is set to die nest week for his mental state to be evaluated. If the stay is lifted we will present the petitions next Tuesday at noon on the steps of the capitol. Please join us!
